The cookbook alone is invaluable for nourishing and very interesting recipes that are packed full of revitalising delicious ingredients. They will supply me with lots of innovative meals for months. Thank you so much for including them with the modules in one spot. So far the exercises are fun and easy, and I am innately reminded that I need to do them several times a day as I establish a routine of better self-care. Sluggishness has been my major symptom of our lockdown and honestly I do feel better already. Thank you Prune and Emma!!
