I'd been looking for a while for something or someone to help to show me how to progress with healing and meditation and there's a lot out there on the net but it all seemed a bit random and disconnected Prunes course on the other hand introduces and connects topics very well and Prune herself is full of charm and a wonderful enthusiasm for her work which shines out and captivates compelling you to find out more. I'm looking forward to enjoying some positive results when I continue to apply the course to my increasingly natural approach to dealing with Parkinsons disease
