I have now been diagnosed with long term Covid-19. Until ten days ago I felt too tired to try your videos but something gave me the nudge I needed and I am so pleased with the results I am getting, I truly am and would urge anyone feeling dreadful going through the virus or struggling after it to do these simple but so rewarding exercises. I will continue to do them for a few weeks longer and if needed keep returning to them as I’m not sure this virus ever fully leaves our bodies. Thank you Prune. You are blessed with such a fabulous gift which in turn helps so many people, thank you 🌺❤️
