Staying healthy & safe on screens
About this course
Screens affect everybody’s energy system, although it is empowering to note that some people have a much greater resiliency and repair function within their systems so they can more quickly reboot back to coherence and balance again.
When you have been on a screen for 30+ minutes the coherence and cohesion of your energy systems will be affected. And I want to be really clear here, it isn’t that your computer or screen is dangerous, or badly made, or made with malignant intent!!!
It isn’t the level of exposure to the electromagnetic field that is the real problem, it is the effect of the INTERACTION of your energy field with this electromagnetic field that creates the challenge.
Now for the good news. As always with YOUR body, there is a lot that YOU can do to support, maintain and even repair and restore your energy so that you can be on screens safely, and in this course I am delighted to share with you the information and practices you need to stay healthy and safe on screens.
