Prune's course is excellent for educating us as to how screens impact our energy and vitality, explained so clearly and with her usual warmth. The exercises really do work and I've shared them with my family who now use them every day. We all have to be on screens, some of us for many hours a day for work, and now I don't have to worry about the device taking everything out of me while I'm doing what I have to do, day after day! This course is really invaluable and essential for the way we live today. I'm looking at the next one for empaths now.
